Yes I had the same kind of thing with them for my mother's two year books. One was hers and the other my dads. They shipped it from one county over to where I live- One county over! It went into a storage locker. I couldn't open the dam thing. I had my driver's license, My military Veteran's Card and Nope. After so many days. They shipped it to a store where it would be sent eventually back to my brother the next county over. I took a train down and He came down to town and gave them to me.. Totally a pathetic run around. I just lost a lab top this morning. I think they kept the thing and said they delivered it. I came outside for it like ten minutes later. It was gone. Total bull crap.

A few years ago I ordered a $400.00 matress from Best Buy through EBay, and used PayPal credit. I diligently traced the matress and waited anxiously when it showed Out For Delivery. Never came Apparently left on the loading dock, but no one could find it. Months later,(and many hours on phone with Home Depot and UPS I)got a refund from EBay. I feel you.

UPS is the worst. They will lie about tracking updates. I had out for delivery notifications two days in a row and both were updated to show that I requested a delivery change when that was never done. I ordered four tires on Amazon and they only delivered three. Now I received a message that the item is being inspected for damage. I called customer service (wow what a pain trying to talk to someone) and they want me to contact Amazon. These idiots need to be held accountable.

😊😊 UPS sucks, I straight up just won't buy something if I find out the seller is using them to ship it!

I've gone through so much shit from UPS, that eventually just started checking sellers to make sure that they're not using UPS to ship to me. I've had multiple packages stolen or just not delivered because of them! I also had the same problem trying to report it, where they pretty much wanted an arm and a leg in order for me to do anything about it! Don't use UPS!

Im going through the same thing weather delayed on monday tues the truck got here but no package . Wednesday the truck got here but package wasnt on the truck .. everyone i talk to says its out for delivery . I called a sharon at pine bluff warehouse ups she told me to contact the ebay seller . And have him file a claim .. hes somewhere in italy . And he has already got his money. This is not the first time with ups takes 2 days to get to pine bluff from out of state but then a week to get the last 15 miles .. wtf ups get it together
